Chris Grund

Local experience is priceless. Chris is a fifth-generation Colorado Native who has been selling real estate since 2007. With a Degree in Urban Planning, he understands the importance of not only your personal property but the importance of the community you reside in. A longtime resident of Sterling Ranch in Littleton, he has been instrumental in its growth and is often quoted in local publications for his expertise. Chris is married with three children and an active participant in his community, including coaching youth sports and supporting several local nonprofits. Known as confident, efficient, and ambitious, Chris is an avid outdoors person who enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, and traveling when he is not busy with real estate.
