Chris was one of the most HELPFUL, NICEST and most GENUINE agents I could have come across. We met by chance , and he helped me a ton not only on the logistics of a deal, and market insight, but also on what would be the best decision for me and walked me through an in-depth rent vs. buy analysis. At the time I met Chris I was in quite a pickle with my housing situation and he genuinely wanted to help with purely my best interest in mind.

Finding the right home and all of the logistics and considerations around it can be a lot to navigate but with partnering with Christopher during your journey you will have confidence, peace of mind, expertise, professionalism, and can rest easy at night knowing that you are on a team with someone who will truly go above and beyond, ask the right questions, and be detail oriented to ensure your home purchase goes over not only smoothly, but one that you can have confidence in! Chris was extremely helpful during my apartment search. Although I was on the hunt remotely, he was happy to organize virtual tours for me and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. He was also a huge help in facilitating a connection with the condo owner and getting us set up with a lease. Thanks to him, I'm really looking forward to moving into my apartment in a beautiful, vibrant DC neighborhood.

While looking for a rental place I was contacted by many realtors. They messaged me once but never followed up.
Chris Heller was the only one who not only took my call but was tremendous at following through. With his help I was able to view in person the rental properties I was interested in.
He took time to explain all features and specific information for each rental property.
Chris is extremely personable and a very down to earth realtor.
I moved to DC in February 2021 and Chris has been the only person I have interacted with who is kind, and a real human being.
He has even responded to my messages late at night and on the weekend. Chris understands the importance of exceptional customer service.

Chris did a great job finding a tenant for my condo. He went above and beyond and was very communicative throughout the process. He even fixed some things that needed repair in the unit and met a plumber for me when I wasn’t available. I would highly recommend Chris.
