As a real estate broker, instructor and coach, Chris serves as an agent for single-family homes and condos all along the Grand-Strand with a primary focus in Horry and Georgetown Counties. His goal is helping clients maximize their real estate ventures. With an IT background of over 12 years, Chris is known for his problem solving skills.
Chris moved to Myrtle Beach from Rockland County, N.Y. in 2005. He received his South Carolina real estate license in the summer of 2011 and brings over a decade of experience in real estate investing and income generating properties.
Additionally, he is a graduate of Leadership Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors and graduate of Leadership Grand Strand, both nine-month programs that develops a corps of informed, committed, and qualified individuals capable of providing dynamic leadership for the Grand Strand area. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the South Carolina Association of Realtors.
Chris is a real estate instructor for Pinnacle Real Estate Academy where he teaches South Carolina Pre-Licensing, Advanced Principals, Broker courses and Continuing Education. In North Carolina he teaches Post Licensing 301, 302 and 303. He is an avid animal lover and never misses a chance to pet a dog.
