This was our first home purchase and Chris LaRue was very helpful and truly went above and beyond for every step. He was patient, understanding and dealt with us even during the bit frustrating times. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He made sure our home was what we wanted and gave us the advice we needed when we were trying to get out of our own heads. His partnership through this whole process made it worth while and a lot easier as we did not know the ins and outs on buying a home. Chris always responded quickly and was always willing to be there at showings even in the last minute cases (which during our house hunting timeframe seemed to happen quite frequently). He was encouraging and positive and that was something we appreciated and never took for granted. He worked closely with our mortgage lender which helped tremendously when all the pieces were coming together. It made our experience that much more exciting knowing we had the support from him. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris to any future first time home buyers, sellers or purchasing in general. Chris is really there FOR YOU!
