Working with Chris for my first home purchase was amazing! He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, guided me through all steps, and was clear from the start about the entire process. Chris was always available to help with my questions, and continues to be helpful even after closing. I would recommend Chris to anyone! To give an example of how amazing he was, the first Saturday morning after meeting Chris, we sent a list of 5 houses to him that we liked so he could get an idea of what we were looking for. A couple hours later, he had tours scheduled for 4 of the 5 places THAT afternoon (the 5th place was under contract). I was amazed at how quick he was with anything we asked for. We met Chris at the start of April and we closed mid-May, and that is primarily due to Chris's work ethic and drive to help his customers.

If your looking for a realtor that will help you in every aspect of buying/selling a home, look no further. Chris goes above and beyond all other realtors. His drive and work ethic knows no limits. He helped me sell my house in VA than helped me find a realtor in Iowa so I didnt have to worry about that procees either. He helped me more than any other realtor would. Thank goodness for Lighthouse Realty Solutions!!! Chris came to us with a positive attitude & a plan….the man helped us do so much to get our overcrowded 15 year old starter home ready to sell….painting, pressure washing, decluttering, & he even replaced our bathtub!! He also always knew someone who could complete the officially licensed jobs that come with home selling….in our case a roofer, electrician, crawl space issues…..& I never had to worry with any of that stuff.
There was literally NOTHING Chris could have done to make my home selling experience any less stressful or more successful!!!

My husband met Chris Lawall at an open house in the latter part of 2021. We were interested in buying a house in the Hampton Roads area but we first needed to sell our home in North Carolina. Chris put us in touch with a agent in NC to help facilitate that process. During an office visit Chris went over needed paperwork in detail. Chris kept in touch with us weekly to give updates on where we stood and the current housing market. He created a housing database that was updated weekly so that we can get an idea of potential homes. When we were in need of temporary place to stay Chris helped us with that. When our house finally sold in April of this year we were finally ready to officially go look at houses. Chris helped us set up a game plan. Chris did his research and homework at each home we visit. For example school district information and if a property would need flood insurance based on location. We finally found our dream home and closed in June. Chris is very thorough, attentive, open, engaging, friendly while also being very professional. He stuck with us for almost 10 months never giving up on us. If we had to do this process again there is no doubt in our mind who we would choose to partner with. I would definitely recommend Chris to family and friends looking to start the housing journey!!
