Chris Lechner

Christopher Lechner is the Broker/ Owner of Weichert Realtors, GlobalPoint. Chris has earned several industry designations of with the most prominent being the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Luxury Home Specialist (LHS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Chris is also the president of the Weichert Realtors Southern California Broker Council and member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council Advisory Committee on US real estate, mortgage, and title services. He's enjoyed a dynamic real estate career expanding over numerous micro-markets in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Ventura Counties. His experience allows him to be comfortable negotiating both on and off market deals for his clients.
