Chris Lerch

As the Owner and Broker of Lerch & Associates Real Estate, Chris offers his clients over three decades of experience in Pennsylvania specifically Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester Counties, as well as Southern New Jersey. Having an experienced Realtor is essential when navigating any real estate journey.

Chris provides buyers and sellers with expertise in residential and commercial sales, investment opportunities, property management, title insurance, and mortgage needs. Additionally, Chris specializes in REO/Default properties such as short sales and foreclosures. Some of the services he provides are Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) occupancy checks, cash for keys, assisting with evictions, and property maintenance. As well as, listing, selling, and closing of the asset.

In 1991, Chris graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He continued his education, began real estate classes, and obtained his Real Estate Sales license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that same year. Since that time, Chris has also been a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2006, Chris obtained his Real Estate Broker license in the state of Pennsylvania.
After working for a nationally recognized real estate franchise for ten years and receiving multiple awards for being a top producer, Chris decided it was time for him to open a business of his own. His main goal was to provide unique and personal real estate services to private and corporate clients alike, which led to the creation of Lerch & Associates Real Estate in 2001. Since then, Chis has been developing effective systems and creating a team to provide asset managers and clients the unique professional Real Estate services they deserve.

While striving to always build upon his professional accountability Chris has remained in good standing with the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as well as, the National Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and Bucks County Association of REALTORS®
