Chris Nelson is WONDERFUL to work with. He is so knowledgeable on all aspects of your home purchase. He listens to all of your requests and personalizes your search to what you need within your budget. I am was super nervous with this home purchase in these trying times, but Chris put me at ease and handled so much on our behalf, that I will be forever grateful. He has an eye for details and doesn’t miss a thing. Can’t forget to mention his creative offers to secure a loan. Also, he is not one of those realtors who disappears when the purchase is complete and we feel as though we have made a friend for life. I would feel more than comfortable referring him to any of my friends and family.

Chris explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer and to working with the mortgage banker. This made it really easy to move into Longdale Industrial Park-Longwood in less than 3 month. I highly recommend Chris Nelson for everyone's real estate needs!

I have bought and sold many homes and Chris is, by far, the best realtor I have ever worked with. He sold our home at the highest price per square foot we could have imagined and every step of the process was smooth because Chris is so well organized and experienced. His responsiveness and communication skills are outstanding; his marketing materials and exposure to multiple websites and even on You Tube ensured we immediately had a very high number of showings and our home sold far above asking price in just a few days. We were fortunate enough to have met Chris when we moved to Orlando. Thanks to him, we were able to find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Chris was extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market, very responsive (24/7), and had a great sense of humor!!

We felt that he was always on our side working to make this as simple and transparent as possible. The best part about working with Chris was that he was very sincere, always gave us good advice, and was more focused on finding homes that met our needs rather than closing a deal. Chris was the opposite of pushy and we loved him for that. We would recommend him to anyone without a doubt!

Chris Nelson worked over 6 months trying to find us vacant property working through several difficult contracts and finally getting us to the finish line. He was always available to answer questions.
