Chris Ness

Chris is a second-generation Montana Native and would love to represent you in your future Real Estate transactions! A realtor in Montana since 2020, Chris has sold properties from Valier, Corvallis, Libby, Whitefish, Kalispell, and everywhere in between. Growing up in the Blackfoot area in a small town called Potomac, twenty-five miles East of Missoula.

This is where Chris grew to love the State of Montana and where he learned hard work working on his parents 20-acre piece of land. Chris went on to attend Hellgate High School and the University of Montana studying Business. Chris went on to become a Financial Wealth Management Professional for Thrivent Financial for 3 years which included during the Great Financial Crisis of 2008.

After that he went on to work in the Oil & Gas industry in North Dakota, Colorado, and Texas. Having experienced two boom and bust cycles in the industry has helped Chris have a deep understanding of market cycles especially in Real Estate. While being a full-time investor and trader in the markets it has helped Chris develop a deep macro understanding of the overall economy and adds another level of service to his clients. When not helping clients, he is spending time with his family, fishing the Montana waters, or looking for the next big Macro opportunity. Chris’ passion and love for Montana extends to those looking to make Montana home, as well as those who already call Montana home. With his knowledge of Western Montana, deep understanding of current market conditions, and vast knowledge of social media expertise are extremely beneficial when listing, or buying property.
