In the 27 years in the real estate business, Chris has sold homes in 25 cities and 5 counties, with homes ranging in price from $75,000 to $15.1 million. He has helped first time home buyers, retirees, executive relocation clients, move up and move down buyers, and many others. He has represented clients in the high tech field including buyers and sellers working at Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, Wilson Sonsini, Nvidia, Apple, Google, Adobe, Cisco, S.A.P., Quinn Emmanual, Verian, Orchard Supply Corporate, NASA, Ernst & Young, Deliotee & Touche, Altera, US Concrete, VMware, Elements Landscaping, Wells Fargo, Micrel, Hoge Fenton, Xylinx, Oracle, and more.
Chris, along with his wife Shannon, are raising 4 college aged kids. They have two boys, aged 23 and 22, and two girls, aged 22 and 20 and reside in Los Gatos. They spend what free time traveling and golfing and staying involved in all things Los Gatos and Santa Clara County. Chris is currently a member of the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, Saratoga Men's Club, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also part of the leadership team at Sereno, and is instrumental in helping shape the future of one of the top Bay Area real estate firms.
