Man oh man!! I have managed multiple companies and have owned two. Customer service is my number one most important aspect of my company. I was recommended Chris from a friend who said that, Chris is an awesome realtor and is super responsive. Well I had my doubts just because of how society is how and the lack of customer service is every where you go! But I decided to call him.
Well Chris is a massive exception to the current rule of thumb when it comes to customer service. He is extremely responsive but not pushy at all, he answered every question and if he wasn’t sure he found out in a timely manner (usually within the hour). Chris and his wife Shawna really take personal time and effort to make you understand everything and every step in the process of purchasing a home or property. My wife and I appreciate them both so much for the way the whole process was handled. Thank you both!!

I wish I would have learned about Chris sooner. He took an extremely slow process and got the ball rolling from the very beginning. Throughout all of my dealings in real estate Chris was hands down the most responsive (actually answers when you call), productive and professional person I have ever dealt with. I have no doubt in my mind if I had not gotten Chris involved this deal would never have come to fruition. I will never try to do a business or personal real estate transaction again without calling Chris first. Hands down the best bet to go to to get things done! A+++

Me and my wife moved to orofino,idaho about a month ago. Chris went well out of his way to find us the perfect spot. He drove us around, looked at multiple properties till we found the right one for us. Not to mention he hiked many miles with us looking at properties. Chris is an exceptional Realtor! He is very thorough and professional. He is very down to earth and actually cared about finding the right home for us. He did all the leg work and negotiated with the seller on what needed to be done before closing so we didn’t have to handle anything. Chris is not only fantastic at what he does, he is just a remarkable person!!! He made buying a house such a breeze. He even paid for movers to move us on New Years Eve!! We contacted Chris Richling about three and half years ago when we moved to Japan because our goal was to retire and settle somewhere in the great state of Idaho. For the past three and a half years we have lived in Japan Chris provided us with daily home listings. We contacted him many many times to ask questions on a variety of topics. Chris has always been friendly, helpful, respectful, understanding, supportive, professional and informative. When we were ready to depart Japan we found a home that looked like it would fit all our needs and Chris helped us with the purchase of the home in so many ways that it’s just too much to list. Being out of the continental United States it was very trying with timezone and logistics to try and buy and close on the property we chose. To say Chris went above and beyond to help is an understatement. He has always kept in close contact with us and worked hard to help every step of the way jumping every hurdle and removing every roadblock. We have communicated with him so much and so many times that Chris has become more than an agent to us. He has become a very close and personal friend. Chris has a very down to earth personality and great sense of humor. We will be forever grateful for his gracious support and help. We could never had gotten the home in Idaho without him and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase property in Idaho. Chris is an awesome person, a great friend and superior real-estate agent.

I am delighted to tell you about the excellent service Chris Richling and his team have provided us. Our Twin River Ranch home sold within hours of listing. His gorgeous interior pics and those dramatic drone shots of our view SOLD our property. He makes sure you are comfortable with the entire process. You can always reach him, and he will always stay in contact with you, inform you, advise you wisely, remind you of appointments. He closely monitors ALL aspects of your transaction. He even saw as part of his responsibility to make our sale a success, that he could help the buyers find more amenable lenders.
Chris has thorough knowledge of both sellers’ and buyers’ markets. Works well with others. Goes above and beyond… ever have you’re realtor load heavy boxes with you, make a trash run for you, or help polish up the kitchen? I have. Thank you Shawna and Chris.
Chris is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I was a realtor myself for 10 years back in the 90’s.

Chris has been helping us for the last 6 months work through finding the right retirement home for me and my wife. After spending more than half our 40 years in one home, never intending to move again, we found ourselves doing just that. Chris was beyond patient with us as we tried to figure out what would be best for us and no doubt we challenged him greatly but we couldn't be more appreciative of his kindness.

We changed our parameters several times and had more than a few deals fall apart but he was undeterred and encouraged us to not give up in an incredibly tight market.

We finally found a rural property which fit our needs that we could afford. And though it did need some work, Chris had quality connections with contractors and businesses that have been able to handle needed repairs prior to moving in which were more than fair on price which helped us greatly.

We are excited about moving in soon and happy with our choice which I do not believe we could have found with out Chris' help.

In conclusion, I can whole heartedly recommend Chris to family, friends, folks from church, co-workers, neighbors and anyone else I know to help them in the most important purchase in their lives.
