Upon entering management, the first office I lead went from failing to thriving within a 12 month period. Five years later, I was promoted to the largest office of the brokerage where we built and continued massive success throughout the greater Cleveland area.
The last five years was devoted to overseeing 150 agents, their client relations and a standard of 1,500 closings annually!
Needless to say, I've seen it all and been through some of the toughest and strangest transaction situations you could imagine – resulting in a positive result more times than not.

I’ve been working with Chris in the Lakewood- Ohio City- Tremont area for years and couldn’t recommend a more reliable and area expert realtor. Has a deep knowledge of investment property options/city requirements and is an owner of investment properties himself. If you want someone who can execute/ guide you through the process, you’ve found your realtor.

it's not often that i write a review, but sometimes you find a gem. He is professional, smart, hardworking, honest, and and punctual.
