We believe that we sold it for the highest price we could have. It was a large home on a reservoir, with a dock and an indoor pool. I live in Fl and owned a rental house in the Harrison Lakes subdivision in Fishers which was managed by a local property management company. When the lease was up, I learned that the property had been grossly neglected, by both the tenant and Property Management company. After three attempts to sell my home over a 5-year period and with three other realtors, I contacted Chris based on his reputation. Chris and his team get the job done. Any issue that came up was handled without a hitch and they have industry connections for anything that needs to be done. There was minimal effort during the whole process on my part. Chris' negotiation skills were really impressive. Chris and his team have a low stress approach which I really appreciated and made selling my home seem easy. They also let you borrow a moving truck free for a day which was a huge plus for me. After some careful research, I determined that utilizing Schulhof Realty for my selling agent was a no brainier. It was clear his team's track record of successful property sales (properties of all types and sizes mind you) would provide the experience to successfully find the right buyers for my property. A little about myself: I travel a lot, 75% and I know nothing about how to make a house look cool. In other words my house was a bachelor pad without any decorations or any feeling or theme. This is where Chris and his team knew exactly what to do: from renovations to marketing of the home to stepping me through the whole process. Renovations included paint, refinishing the cabinets, granite countertops, new tile flooring, and several other minor projects - all within my budget. I didn't recognize the inside of my home afterwards! Up front during the initial walk through he laid out plans for those renovations nearly to the dollar of projected cost. The renovations were completed by his contractors efficiently. Chris, backed with several years of experience in my market, then helped to set not only an attainable, but also acceptable selling price. During the on-the-market time, his staff was transparent, courteous, and always looked in my best interest. Other items included weekly updates to my inbox from the analytics side (i.e. Number of views, picture clicks, etc). The team followed up on every possible prospect lead based on the showing feedback. Working with his staff including Adam, Sandy, and Cassandra was down right awesome -- they all seemed to know me without ever meeting me in person. Would I recommend or refer you to Schulhof Reality to sell your property? You bet, and without any doubt whatsoever. Chris Shulhof - who we have fondly nicknamed The Commander - came in and took charge after we had a bad experience with a previous realtor. Chris was at our house on a Saturday within hours on of my initial email to discuss our situation that had left us with a deal that fell through and needing to go back on the market the week of Thanksgiving! Chris is by far the best Real Estate agent I have ever used ( and believe me, I've used a lot over the year). He is so professional and re-assuring when you talk to him. He covers all the bases all the time. He has a staff that follows up on everything brought to his or his staff's attention, nothing gets lost in the shuffle. He markets a home in so many different media that it's almost impossible to not sell your home, and if you're looking to buy, he'll find you what you're looking for. I researched for some time to find the right agent for my home purchase. Not only did I want someone with years of experience in the area and knowledge of the local subdivisions but I needed someone with exceptional negotiating skills. I looked at the last 2 years of transactions in which Chris represented the buyer and compared the closing price with the original asking price. I also read dozens of reviews. Chris Schulhof did not disappoint. I got a fantastic deal on my home in Fishers, IN. That alone would be enough to rate him 5-stars but Chris doesn't stop there. While I was on vacation a week before closing he made sure everything ran smoothly. Even the day before when the bank was shifting numbers around he PERSONALLY made sure to get it all taken care of. He helped me with all aspects of the move including using his moving truck for free, having his people throughly clean the home prior to move in, painted one of the rooms for our daughter, and got his electrician to help install and mount several TVs with recessed in-wall outlets. Chris has a guy for everything. If you want to remodel, he has a guy. New appliances, no problem. Pest Control, Tree Trimming, Lawn Care, just about anything you can think of he has it covered.
