I found Chris to be very professional and great to work with. When my father died a little over a year ago he left my mother a 4-plex which she was was not able to manage. (I live near Seattle...) Chris did a great job of helping us winnow down options, followed up on things we'd each found on the internet, and generally did all we needed to find the right house and then get the deal done--with no snags. In addition she was great at helping us find reliable service providers who could give us good ballpark estimates on work that might be needed on the property we wanted to make an offer on.
