Chris Simmons

Following a 25-year career in the Food and Beverage industry, Chris Simmons joined Keller Williams Southpark in 2018 to fulfill a longstanding interest in real estate.

As a veteran in restaurant operations and multi-unit management, he brings financial savvy, leadership, and strong negotiation skills to the table. With a passion for genuine hospitality, Chris is a problem solver who extends a hands-on, client centric experience. He is a result-driven professional who delivers a superior level of service.

Chris received his BA from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He also holds a certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers as a level two Certified Sommelier. He values time with family, traveling, and he enjoys cooking with friends and sharing amazing wine.
