5.0 star rating 2/19/2014 I referred my aunt and uncle to Chris to have him sell their home and I was completely amazed with the results. They are an elderly couple, had lived in their home for decades, and wanted their home treated with as much love and care as they had given, even though they had to move. Chris made them feel completely comfortable right away, and showed them how he was going to get them a great price for their home. When he said I will be able to get you a great price for your home, but I will never be able to replace it's value they melted and knew they had found the right real estate broker. He made arrangements for the interior to be painted and for a few cosmetic repairs to be completed on the exterior. They lived in a great area and saw how buyers would prefer the home with the updates he suggested. 5.0 star rating 1/16/2017 My wife and I wanted to buy a new home and sell our current home. Chris came highly recommended to us by a friend who previously worked with Chris on buying and selling multiple properties. The bar was set pretty high, and Chris did not disappoint! While selling our old place, Chris helped us list our home, got fantastic photos (although our house was already pretty awesome :) ), and navigated us through multiple offers to ultimately close our sale way above our list price. On the buying side, Chris was great with his property and neighborhood recommendations, quickly became tuned in to what our wants and needs were for the new home, and helped us ultimately buy our new dream home. Furthermore, he did a great job at helping us align the timing of the sale and purchase transactions so that we had plenty of time to pack, move, and tie up all loose ends without feeling too rushed. Overall, Chris made the process extremely easy (as easy as buying and selling real estate could be). He was always extremely responsive and patient, and believe me when I say we bugged him A LOT (we're even talking nights and weekends)! He was always on top of things, and provided a wealth of knowledge no matter what we threw at him. We were also impressed with his knowledge of the SFV neighborhoods, school districts, real estate trends, traffic to get in/out of places, and a lot more. 5.0 star rating 5/26/2016 Chris helped me and my family with getting two condos in the valley. We bought them for investment purposes. One in Woodland Hills and another in Encino. He was amazing to work with and very punctual (no one likes to be kept waiting). His knowledge of the valley and the types of rent we could expect from each unit was spot on! Chris will basically hold your hand throughout the entire process, which is great for my family since it was our first time doing something like this. If we had any questions, he will be very responsive and will get back to you that same day, if not same hour. Besides what I just stated above, he can work around YOUR schedule. For working adults/parents that is one of the best things that you can hope for. Not even vice versa or meeting halfway. He completely worked with my scheduling, which was awesome! Arvin S. We had a certain budget in mind and he was able to work with us and helping us find the right home, which we love and with a little work it will be our dream home! He nudged us when we needed to be nudged and fought for us till the end. Working with Chris was GREAT!! He was always a text away, he always answered all of our questions, and we had many. He was always very responsive even on nights and weekends which we appreciated. We always felt like we were being well taken care of. Not to mention his PATIENCE!!! We saw so many homes and he was always there with a smile on his face ready for the next one. He always asked questions in order to narrow down what we wanted in a home and he quickly became tuned into our wants and needs.
