Chris Walker

Chris started with Triqor in 2011, with almost 10 years of brokerage experience and over $300 million in sales, he will be responsible for growing Triqor’s footprint in the Long Beach market. He specializes in multifamily properties in Los Angeles and Orange County while applying his expertise and providing market knowledge to investors. He is committed to the highest quality of service with his clients, and his focus is on creating wealth through 1031 exchanges and building long-term business relationships with owners.

In his rookie year, Chris closed over $25 million in transactions. Chris comes to Triqor with an extensive background in sales and marketing in the entertainment industry. Having successfully developed accounts and ongoing relationships with large national corporations, Chris quickly transitioned into management of a highly successful sales team.

Born and raised in Orange County, Chris currently resides in Rossmoor with his wife Donna and their two kids. In his free time, he enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
