About Christian

With a unique background in architecture and real estate development, Christian Bindel’s studies at California Polytechnic University provide a powerful advantage that helps his clients creatively navigate lucrative opportunities wherever they may be. Raised by a family of home builders, Christian spent much of his early years designing floor plans and elevations inspired by the high-end homes his family built and renovated near Dallas and Austin, TX. His entrepreneurial spirit began early as well, when at the age of seven, he began knocking on doors to start a lawn-mowing business. Twenty-eight years later, Christian is still knocking on doors, going above and beyond to help his clients find the perfect home.

Christian joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018 and immediately ranked as a top producer his first year with the brand. This success was built upon his experience working under the former #1 team in New York and #2 in the U.S. as their top listing agent. His clients are equally discerning and diverse from hedge fund managers to journalists, professors, engineers, Emmy award winners, and European royalty. He serves as president of an international network of over 400 agents, which he founded, that meets regularly and supports charitable causes. This year, they led a team that biked 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds with the organization, AIDS:LifeCycle.

Christian resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and travels regularly to better know his global partners and their markets. This ensures his clients receive the same quality of service and expertise no matter where life takes them.
