Christian is awesome when he helped me buy a house and now he has helped me with selling it! He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal possible and he’s extremely communicative so I always knew what was going on and what was needed. He explained the process very well and was able to ensure that I understood everything that I needed too.

Definitely recommend him as an agent whether you are buying or selling because I have experienced him with both and am very pleased with the results.

This is the second time my husband and I worked with Christian to purchase our home. During, these uncertain times he has never failed to give up on our needs/wants. He has so much patience, drive, and amazing communication. He was very caring through out the whole process. What stuck out the most is that he never made us feel like it was just work for him. He made us feel like we were family and looked out for us each and every step of the way. It's definitely rare to find a realtor like Christian Ramirez and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Being in the military and getting stationed thousand of miles away, our situation was unique. But, Christian met all expectations I had, and he overcame all challenges that were presented to him by my unique situation. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the ins and outs of real estate. My house was not easy to sell because I have a tenant and a property manager. But, Christian went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you for all your hard work!

We are grateful Christian came into our lives, because it if were not for him, we’d still be in our cramped apartment. I don’t know how I would have finished out my last year of grad school had we not moved into our home that Christian found and helped to secure for us. Before Christian was referred to us, we had contacted two realtors. One never reached out again after our initial consultation, and the other reached out after a couple of months passed. Christian, on the other hand, was prompt, responsive, and sent us multiple homes as they came into the market. We made many offers, and although we were beginning to feel that we’d have to settle out of desperation due to the competitiveness amongst buyers, Christian remained optimistic and seemed tireless in his search for a perfect home for our family. If friends or family members ever decide to move to Virginia to buy a home, we’d certainly recommend him.

Christian is an awesome realtor! He’s professional, friendly, and patient. While looking at houses, he never became impatient with me even though we had looked at at least 20 houses.
