Christina was born and raised in Las Vegas; therefore, she has a great knowledge of the entire valley, its neighborhoods, amenities, and values which sets me apart from others. She believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear communication, understanding, and trust between a client and their agent. Her sense of empathy for the emotion that goes into buying or selling a home is the reason so many of her former clients are now her friends. Her favorite part of being a REALTOR® is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many people and help them realize their goals. Christina believes that knowledge of today's market leads to good buying and selling decisions. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone.
Christina has been recognized as a Top Producing Agent since she entered into the business in 2015. She is also a 2018 & 2019 YPN Top 40 Under 40 Realtor® Award Recipient. She currently serves as the President of the Women's Council of Realtors® Las Vegas Network. She is highly involved in the Real Estate industry on various local, state, and national levels. She has attended several National Association of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors Conferences around the US and has extensive training in an effort to stay relevant and educated for her clients.
She is a devoted mother to three daughters whom she absolutely adores. She is a self-described "adrenaline junkie", and you would likely find her gearing up to go skydiving, hitting the slopes to snowboard, or traveling to attend music festivals when she is not working hard for you! As a self-motivated, multi-tasker, she likes to stay busy and is always looking for new ways to challenge herself both personally and professionally. As a Las Vegas native, community is incredibly important to her, and she has made giving back a family affair in her household. She and her daughters regularly seek out opportunities to donate their time. Christina currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Just One Project, a local non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving disadvantaged children and families. Additionally, she works tirelessly with the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals and the GLVAR Community Outreach Committee to continue to give back to the community that gives so much to her. In 2019, she was recognized as the Las Vegas Realtors Association “Good Neighbor” Realtor for the continuous volunteer work she does within the community.
Many agents see real estate as a hobby or side job, but as you can see this is her passion and her full-time career. Christina loves what she does and loves that she is able to be of service to others during some of the most important decisions of their life. She looks forward to working together!
