Christina Kim

As a native of Orange County, CA, she launched her professional career in the real estate industry when she moved to Los Angeles in 1996. She is an initiative-taking natural optimist who diligently and patiently learned the real estate industry starting out as an Escrow Officer. Being a self-starter, she had owned and operated her own escrow company in Los Angeles since 1999. Moreover, she has valuable experience in operating a real estate company as a partner/broker of an independent real estate company for five years. Her vast experience in the real estate industry includes, but not limited to, being an investor, landlord, property manager, agent/broker, homeowner, and realtor. Her great confidence and motivation are making successful real estate investments is not by chance, but from having an extensive experience and knowledge in handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions (refinance, track, 1031 exchanges, HUD, REO, foreclosure, short sale, etc). Her priceless experience in the real estate industry as an employee, agent/broker, operations manager, owner, and partner made possible by her clients in the past to benefit, being the recipients of a smooth and enjoyable experience.
