I wish I could leave more stars! Chrissy and the Exit team were amazing. We were selling a house with her and at the same time found a house that had only been listed for 7hrs. She scheduled a showing without hesitation and we put the contract in that night! She made it so stream line. We closed on both the same day. I've bought 3 houses in the past and this was by far the best experience I've ever had!

I am a disabled veteran who went into purchasing my first home using my VA home loan benefits, without having much knowledge of what to expect during the process. Chrissy was an amazing resource to have in my corner throughout this confusing and stressful time. She often went above and beyond the call of a realtor, taking time (at all hours of the day and night, even weekends) to explain what I could expect from the lender, title company and the VA while buying my home and offeringsound advice. She was extremely responsive and scheduled viewings quickly, even viewing multiple houses through the holidays to ensure I was able to find the perfect home for our very large blended family. Once we found our home she moved very quickly to negotiate the concessions we needed from the seller and get it under contract. She recommended a local lender which, after comparing with a few larger national lenders I did end up using and they worked extremely well together to negotiate and close the sale quickly. Chrissy was so helpful and professional and she was there for me from start to finish and has even kept in touch since finalizing the purchase. It's hard to think of anything more I could have possibly hoped for! Thank you Chrissy for everything. We love our new home and enjoyed working with you very much!

Chrissy redefined 'going the extra mile' in my experience. We kept running into one problem after the other and Chrissy proved up to the challenge. Buyers pulled out of the contract twice and she immediately had another buyer lined up. Third time was a charm. She was there constantly with sound advice and support at a moment's notice. Chrissy was amazing during our selling and buying process. She dealt with every hiccup in a positive and professional way and always made sure that the ball kept rolling. The individual buying our townhome was making everyones life difficult (there were some iffy moments because of the buyer) and I truly believe that if we were working with anyone other than Chrissy, everything would have fallen apart. I’m also a pain in the butt to work with, and she dealt with my panicking like a champ! 10/10 I would recommend Chrissy if you are looking for a motivated and professional agent who listens and is up front and honest about the entire process.

I have not personally used Chrissy for my home buying process because I bought a few years back but I literally go to her for all questions. I do send all of my friends/family her way and she gets them into a beautiful home and fast! We plan on moving in the next year or so and we will 110% be using her, I can’t wait!!
