I was born in central Kansas and graduated High School on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. I attended college both in MS and in Florida. I currently live in Clermont with my daughter, Sophia.

I have been in the real estate industry since 2005 and specialize in helping families buy and sell homes throughout the central Florida area!

My 10 year background as an onsite sales counselor for builders such as DR Horton, KB Homes and Lennar benefits my clients who choose to purchase new construction because I know the insider info! I know the build process front to back and I can help a buyer navigate that while also helping them ensure that they have gotten the very best possible deal.

I am always looking for sellers for my buyers and buyers for my sellers! I am well versed in compiling market data to determine fair sales prices for my buyers and sellers ensuring that they get the best possible deal in traditional resale real estate too!
