I would recommend Christine to anyone looking for a seamless real estate transaction. Her empathy for my personal needs and her ability to professionally manage my "anxiety" about the sale of my home was a refreshing experience. Christine helped me and my future wife obtain our dream start up home. She was knowledgeable and on top of keep us informed and updated on the situation with the sellers and their request. She has taken the initiative too help find homes we might be interested in but also encouraged us to look as well for ourselves to notify her. She stayed with us and helped even with a recommendation lender for financial services. Which helped find a government program for financial aid. We were able to get our home for three thousand less than asking plus the seller paid a portion of our closing cost that she negotiated. I know we have the same last name but even that didn't stop her from still being committed to her job and not slacking off as she could have due to being family. We recently closed on a new home and the support received from the Kim Barber Group (EXP Realty) exceeded any and all expectations we had for a realtor experience. To say Christine Adkins went above and beyond every step of the way would be an understatement.

We were searching for a “unicorn” property to meet the needs of our family and our small carpentry business, as well as needing to sell our current home to buy the new house. We were desperate for something that would allow for quality of life and having shop space at our home was the dream. Accomplishing this dream in the current housing market was no small undertaking. Christine took us to 44 properties (yes…you read that right!) and with each property she patiently talked through our options and potential scenarios of how the property may, or may not, work for our needs. She regularly dropped what she was doing because a potential house just hit the market and we wanted to act fast to have a chance at it. She remained positive and encouraging, assuring us that the right house would come along. She became our own personal cheerleader as offers we put in weren’t the winning bid. Her constant strength and positive attitude throughout it all served as our rock along the roller coaster ride of a lifetime. We finally found the perfect property and with her negotiating expertise we got the house at list price, allowing for some contingencies to remain (primarily the sale of our current home and home inspection), and she got the sellers to pay most of our closing costs – ALL of this is unheard of in the current market!

In addition to the magic she worked on the purchase of our new home, Christine simultaneously managed the sale of our current home. Our current home went for $30,000 over list price and it was sold before even hitting the open market!! This was a major win for our family as we have rescue dogs that likely would have suffered at the stress of opening our home for showings. She helped prepare the house for the sale, suggested best strategies for staging, and helped us prioritize work in the home that would allow for the best return on investment. Every piece of advice proved to be invaluable to the outcome, including a recommendation for an amazing lender.

In the span of only 45 days, Christine and the Kim Barber Group made our dreams come true. The business model this team follows is truly all encompassing in providing white glove service for real estate needs. They truly put the needs of their clients first. I am confident in saying that no other real estate team could even come close to the level of service we received from them.

My family will forever be grateful to Christine Adkins and the Kim Barber Group!
