Chris is wonderful. Not only does she listen to your needs, she responds in timely manner with any calls or concerns you may have. The market for buying or renting is atrocious right now, and she was able to find the perfect place for me and my two teen sons. Chris will work hard for you. No doubt about it. Christine Cruz is an excellent realtor. She helped us find our home after many years of on and off searching. Christine went above and beyond. She made sure a mold issue was resolved before we moved in. She helped out during her “off “ hours and made sure the issue was taken care of. She truly cared and was very sincere.

I made two great decisions this year- purchasing a home and using Christine Cruz as my realtor. Some background; we’ve been looking for homes these past couple of years and only decided until late last year to really get the ball rolling. Originally I was obsessed over this one particular home that in turn didn’t become “the one.” After putting in multiple offers I definitely felt discouraged. Let me tell you, Christine did not allow it. She is a ball of light and energy that kept positivity flowing constantly thought the process. She is very eager and aggressive when needed (which I did). She even went as far as submitting a couple offers rightttt before deadline because I was indecisive. Throughout everything she held her professionalism and made the process fun (literally so many laughing moments that will forever be imprinted in my mind)! When we finally decided we were able to close in less than 30days and I absolutely love our new home! Closing day was memorable all thanks to her and I’m forever grateful for her sticking it out with us! I was so thrilled with my first purchasing experience and highly recommend her, we look forward to working with her soon! Also a hugeeee THANK YOU to the entire team at Realty Executives!

Christine was awesome! We bought our house in West Orange recently. Christine listened to our needs and took her time to show us options, and as soon as we found the one she jumped on it and made sure we got it in spite of some initial challenges. She walked us through the process, had some sound advice, and made some great recommendations.

We recommended her to a family member who also just bought in the area. They could not not be happier with the process and love their new home.

Christine always made time for us, even though we had very specific times we could go look at houses due to our work schedules.
