Christine gave me excellent information about the area, found a place that checked all the boxes, gave me a virtual tour, helped me through the entire process and was a strong advocate to help close the sale. Christine helped me buy my first home. She not only helped me sift through inventory (and my ever changing wish list), but when we found the right one, she showed up to every appointment, and helped me navigate every question that came up no matter how big or small. Christine also negotiated things into the sale from our builder that we later found out are rarely agreed to. She is kind, patient, and a master negotiator. I highly recommend Christine to home buyers of any type, whether you are a first time home buyer looking for assistance with navigating every step of the way, or an established homebuyer who just needs an agent to tie up the details.

Full disclosure, Christine and her husband are personal friends of mine.

Christine is the best! I've been through the home buying process for the last several years, and I've had agents recommended that were friends, referrals, etc. Christine is far an above all of those previous experiences. Here is why she was better:

She took the time to explain in detail all documents, the buying/offer/closing process, all the little things I needed to know as a new buyer/1st time buyer (house should have X, inspections needed, warranty info, what to watch out for in an older home, negotiation strategy, etc). She was great about discussing offers and coming up with reasonable asks to get concessions or negotiate price. She was always available either via phone/text, and email regardless of where she was.

We looked at 6 houses, and quickly Christine knew what boxes needed to be checked after each house. The last one was perfect! Her partner lending recommendation was also stellar. Being new to this process I was very apprehensive, but Christine made this very smooth and easy. She was on top of every deadline, very organized with due dates in the contract, and was up front and candid on helping me understand contract provisions and if I was in something that was not favorable to my interests.

I HIGHLY recommend you work with Christine to buy or sell your home, you will not be disappointed.

Best realtor ever! She came recommended to us as we were moving to a new state and knew next to nothing about the town. She would FaceTime us while walking through construction sites in heels to show us new builds and was always on top of sending us listings, answering emails and going to appointments when we couldn’t. We bought our home in December but it wasn’t finished until August, and here we are in November and she is still in touch and on top of our super making sure the items on our punch list were completed. She is extremely friendly, personable, funny and knowledgeable. We couldn’t recommend her enough!!

UPDATE - So, in the last year I've had to deal with 3 other real estate "agents" who were NOT Christine (because outside of Denver and / or Colorado). AND YIKES. All 3 of them total A** clowns by comparison. I can recall dealing with 7 different real estate agents in my life. 5 were thieves, lazy, or fools, 1 was good (deceased), and 1 was excellent and ALIVE - That's Christine. Don't make the mistake of hiring anyone else.

We have trusted Christine to represent us on two different transactions. If she hadn't been great on the first deal, she never would have gotten the second deal. If and when we have a third deal to do, she'll be my only call. One of those transactions was particularly emotional and having a true professional with life experience in your corner makes all the difference. Like most, we have had prior experiences with other agents who merely go through the motions for their precious commission. What sets Christine apart is her honesty and real estate market intelligence. We cannot say enough positive things about Christine. Before you settle for some mediocre agent, do yourself a favor and have Christine evaluate your situation. That's all you need to do - invite her to evaluate your situation and you'll know that you're in the best hands. If and when we buy or sell again anywhere in the metro market, Christine will always be our agent.
