I can’t speak highly enough of this team. Christine has an infectious smile and laugh and Glenn is a saint. The stress of selling a house is normally high, but in this market it’s extreme. This team doesn’t just sell your house, they instantly take you into their real estate family and make sure you are taken care of as family. The made me feel comfortable with every little question and concern I had. I worked out of state during the sale with the Stilley’s. I had to rely on them for everything. They took care of every detail and the house as if it was their own. They have set the bar so high, I just wish I could have taken them with me! Wow! What else can I say but WOW!! We worked with Christine Stilley for nearly a year to find the right home for us. Not her fault it took so long. This was our first home, so were very picky, but our budget was also very low. We had worked with another Realtor before her that just gave up on us. She quit emailing and quit returning calls after a while. I guess there wasn't enough commission in it for her to continue. But NOT CHRISTINE!! We never felt like "just another paycheck" to her. We felt like real life living breathing human beings. We felt like she truly cared for us and our future. We knew she legit had our best interests in her heart. She worked tirelessly to find us just the right home. We toured about a dozen homes in total, through 8 different counties around the Raleigh area. Again, our budget was small compared to the costs of houses today so this wasn't her fault. We could only spend $150k and it had to be USDA qualified. There just weren't many homes to chose from - but she never gave up on us or our dream. In fact, just the opposite - when we wanted to throw in the towel and say "screw it, we will try again next year", she refused to let us! She kept saying she would find the right house in our price, that we could call home, that we could afford, that we could grow our family in - and I'll be damned if she didn't do it. We just love Christine and have such admiration for her drive, her work ethic, her knowledge of the local real estate market, her extensive digging into the homes we were interested in and her NOT ALLOWING US to make a bad financial decision! She often talked us OUT OF buying a particular home - we thought she was nuts a few times - but she was right all along. Hire HER!! Trust HER!!! She knows her stuff. Thanks Christine!!! Christine has been a pleasure to work with. She has handled every question, gone out of her way to make the purchase painless, and acted as a go between with the Finance company. She has a million contacts. You need something, she knows the right person. She has quickly handled several immediate action items. Her enthusiasm is breathtaking. She is, without question, the best agent I have ever dealt with. I moved with the military for 30 years, I have bought and sold at least 10 houses, Christine is the most energetic, attentive, motivated, on-your-side agent in my experience. When the home inspection came back with problems, she knew the right people to fix them at reasonable cost. Above and Beyond is the best way to describe the service we received from Christine!! We touched base with Christine while we were still living in Colorado. We told her about our plans to move to Clayton and she set us up with her website to start our home search. We spoke with her many times throughout the next few months and she continued to refine our searches as to what we were looking for.
In July, I made a visit to the area and Christine took me out for about 3 hours to look at houses in the area and to further refine our search criteria.
Once we move to Clayton in August, Christine was over the top available to us to talk and tour homes. I don't know when she found time to sleep.
Christine found us an amazing home that we love, and even negotiated to get us the home below asking price.

I used to think I wanted to be a realtor...until I became a home seller and buyer!

Christine Stilley helped me more than I can put into words.

She set up THE best photographer, did multiple open houses, actively marketed on Facebook and social media, and I even saw her sweeping my driveway one day. Not to mention that she brought me a cash offer with a fast closing!

Being a single mom and first time buyer of a home on my own, I had no idea where to go for lending. She sent me to Kea Blivens with Homespire Mortgage. Within a week I was approved and all set!! Me!! Approved for a loan on my own!!

If you are thinking that is all she did for me...wait for it there is more.

As a home buyer I had zero clue what I was looking for. So in a seller’s market, house shopping we went (and went, and went, and went). I am embarrassed to say that I had her write seven offers on homes before the right one worked out. SEVEN!!! No offer I could make in this market would go through.

Until we found the right one. Standing in the kitchen during the showing I had goose-bumps all over and I knew it was THE one. She walked me through the offer and within 30 days I have sold and bought a new home.

I cannot express in words what Christine Stilley has done for me and my family. My life is in a better place due to her persistence, dedication, knowledge, and her professionalism.
