Christine Tabib-Villarreal

Understanding that the Health Care community has been underserved in real estate representation for many years, as a commercial real estate broker, Christine Villarreal, decided to represent those underserved clients, and make these clients her main focus for the past 6 years of her career. During her career, she has been able to close over 15 million dollars in sales within the Health Care community. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Christine was a property manager/accounting specialist for Solomon Abdo Real Estate. While working for this highly acclaimed group, Christine developed a unique insight as she was able to not only help run his Real Estate company from the inside, but also developed a skill working on the Landlord side negotiating deals and bringing these deals to closure. She was celebrated for bringing a 20,000SF client within her first two years with the company, the largest tenant on record for that year.

Christine not only covers the San Antonio market, she also represents clients all over South Texas. She brings many potential personal clients seeking properties, along with many networking partners as well. She closely involved with The San Antonio Dental District Society, the University of Texas Health Science Center students and residents of various field, and Medical Real Estate Group (MRE).
