Experience with Christine was first-rate. From the first day we knew exact what we could afford and what we could expect to find in all the neighborhoods around San Diego. Christine is incredibly responsive. Always willing to talk and very helpful. She’s definitely been at this for a while as she knew the process forward and backwards. Never was there any doubt that we were in the right hands. Definitely recommend Christine for anyone searching in the San Diego area.

Christine was incredible through the entire home buying process. She worked with us to identify houses that matched our needs and wants while constantly refining as we saw different houses that didnt match for one reason or another. Through the whole process, we felt as if we were her only clients. She was there when we needed her and she was always responsive. All of that is not even the best part!

When we found OUR house, Christine's easy demeanor and professionalism with the sellers agent made for an incredibly smooth process. Her contacts across the industry (home inspection, mortgage brokers, etc) all followed her lead with fast responses and great offers. We were the VIPs at every step in the adventure.

All said, we bought a house below market value, including an inspection in one of the most demanding times in real estate history. We couldnt be happier. If we ever decide to sell and restart the excursion, we wont call anyone else. It is only Christine.

Christine is the real estate agent you need in this competitive market. She was truly our superhero and our rock throughout this entire process. She is the reason we have our dream home and I know for a fact she will do the same for you.

Christine is so insightful, responsive, personable, attentive, patient, and hard-working. When a house popped up, Christine was ready to tour that same day. When I had those urgent questions, she answered immediately. When I was starting to feel discouraged in this competitive market, Christine never lost faith and reassured me that there was a home for us. We must have toured 13 houses together and Christine was happy to be at every single one with us. When it came to negotiations, Christine’s expertise and skill ensured that we secured our home at the price we needed.

What also makes Christine so special is that you can tell she is in this business because she genuinely cares about her clients. She made us feel like family and always had our best interest in mind. I am not the only one in my family that can attest to this; Christine first helped my mother find her dream home and through the process they became good friends as well.
