I've known Chris for a long time. And he is very professional and very kind. He always helps out when and where he can. I haven't bought a house or condo from him...yet. But I did rent from him, and he was an AMAZING landlord. When my partner and I are ready to buy a place we're definitely going to come to Chris to help us find our home.

Chris is awesome! I cannot imagine having a better experience, especially as a first time home buyer. Is it OK to call this process "fun"? Chris explains everything thoroughly and honestly, and is probably the most down-to-earth & genuine person we met in our real estate adventures. He's also got a great sense of humor, which keeps things light-hearted even when little obstacles might pop up. I will recommend Chris to anyone and everyone looking for a broker.

Chris helped my wife and I find a single family home in Chicago. He was very accommodating of our schedule and booked us showings when we needed them. During walkthroughs, he was well informed and honest about potential issues with each home. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in negotiation when we were ready to submit offers. Given the aggressive housing market, Chris is the person you want to help you find a home.
