Chris and The Landmark Real Estate Group, LLC have specialized in the marketing and sales of new construction residential developments for various builders throughout the Twin Cities as well as upper bracket residential sales of existing homes and land. We have been involved in all aspects from development concept, formation, building as well as marketing and sales. We have been involved in a number of development projects in the east metro including Village of Mendota Heights, Liberty on the Lake, Dancing Waters and New Century. We have also been involved in a number of existing homes sales and scattered site builds throughout the eastern metro.

Chris lives in St Paul and offices in Lilydale with Re/Max Results. He is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Wishes and More Advisory Board, which is a non-profit organization that grants wishes to children with life threatening or terminal illness, in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.
