Chris and Kate helped me place my parents home on the market. They quickly and clearly communicated their role and goals they had for the house listing, they answered our questions, understood the dynamics of our circumstances and quickly sold their home in record time and at a price my parent's were comfortable with. The closing came with personal challenges that Chris and Kate provided options to work with my parents to make it happen as seamlessly as possible. Post closing did come with questions which they quickly answered or resolved for us.
