CJ Davies is a real estate agent who has been a lifelong resident of LBI and recently became a homeowner in Manahawkin. CJ's knowledge of construction-related issues has been honed by his hands-on renovation of his primary residence in Manahawkin, his investment property in North Carolina, and his partnership with local investors to acquire property, obtain the necessary permits, and maximize its income potential. He has effectively networked with a multitude of contractors, from new construction to property renovation, and everything in between. CJ's expertise in property management comes from his acquisition of real estate, planning, and construction, enabling him to plan a project, solicit the required personnel for the job, and manage its workflow from start to finish.
CJ has also created and guided condominium associations from inception to sale, managing them to a high degree of customer satisfaction.
