I moved from Iowa to the Phoenix area in 1999. My family and I love it here. I am married with 2 children and 2 dogs. The Arizona outdoors is still my playground, between dirt biking, UTV riding, mountain biking, hiking, camping, relaxing in the pool or hitting the lake. How can you not enjoy seeing hot air balloons in the sky almost daily? Bought and sold 9 of my own homes before deciding to help others with their home sale and/or purchase. I have lived all over the valley. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with an agent and lender before becoming a realtor myself. I will never forget being on that side of the fence and what it was like to be a home buyer / seller. I strive to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. I like to think of my job description as helping to educate as well as provide a valuable service. I enjoy being the "tour guide" on my clients’ trail to home ownership.
Who knows.....if I get lucky I might even make a few friends along the way!!!
