Christopher Engelmann

Chris Engelmann has personally helped buyers and sellers on hundreds of transactions throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs since first starting in the industry in 2017. With an abundance of experience in negotiations, personally being part of hundreds of home inspections, and performing work on his own home he has a unique ability to help clients understand properties and see their potential. Whether someone is scoping out a 2 million dollar luxury home or another person is deciding to sell or rent their small starter condo, Chris enjoys guiding people to navigate market conditions, narrow down options to decide on the best approach, and ultimately help make these big personal and financial moves a smooth change for the better. Prior to real estate Chris studied mechanical engineering as an undergrad, worked at tech companies and churches, and also attended grad school to obtain a Masters of Divinity. He enjoys playing basketball and running, riding his Grandpa's old 1980 Kawasaki motorcycle as well as his e-bike, and he usually has a project in progress at home as he and his wife Brittney update their home together and await the arrival of their 2nd child!
