We found Chris online and called him directly for a showing on a bank owned property. In working with him we were impressed with his knowledge of not only buying and selling real estate but in dealing with bank owned properties. We had to navigate the likelyhood of obtaining an FHA appraisal with no defects on a property that was owned by a bank for a year and was in disrepair. Luckily with Chris's expertise in identifying what repair items might have been pitfalls, we made and offer and sailed into closing without a problem. We also utilized Chris for selling our old property and had to navigate a field of multiple interested buyers and their inspections/ terms. Again Chris made this process a breeze and we have Chris to thank for helping us obtain our forever home! Thanks again Chris!
