Sergeant Kruk's journey began with four years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, starting at the age of 17. Rising through the ranks swiftly, he was entrusted with the responsibility of serving on the security detail for two presidential visits. Stationed in San Diego, John developed a love for Southern California that endures to this day. John has served as a Vice Commander with Blairstown American Legion Post 258 as well as the current chairman of the Memorial Day Parade, John continues to embody the spirit of service and duty.
