Born in Niskayuna, New York, and raised in Miami, Florida, where he lived for 40 years before moving to Palm Beach, where he has resided for the past four years, Chris is a testament to resilience, ambition, and compassion. With a heritage rooted in the Mayflower, through his maternal lineage, and northern Greece, near Thessaloniki, through his father, Chris embodies the strength and determination of both cultures.
Chris grew up in a loving home with an older brother and younger sister, nurtured by parents who instilled values of hard work and faith. His father’s journey as an immigrant, building a thriving life for his family, became a guiding example for Chris’s own life. Active in the Greek Orthodox Church, Chris’s upbringing was centered on family, tradition, and a deep passion for soccer.
Chris began his professional career as a Hospital IT engineer, but his desire to make a more personal impact led him to take a leap into real estate. After experiencing poor service from an agent during a home purchase, Chris was motivated to redefine the client experience. Today, he is known for his exceptional patience, dedication, and ability to find the perfect property for his clients, no matter how long it takes.
One of his proudest accomplishments is his ability to connect with people. Chris’s positivity and warmth—often described as "walking sunshine"—make him a trusted advisor and an outstanding negotiator. His transition into real estate wasn’t just a career pivot; it was a commitment to helping others achieve their homeownership dreams.
A devoted husband and father, Chris met his wife, Andy, in middle school and reconnected after college. Together, they’ve built a life rooted in unity, trust, and loyalty. Their partnership spans over 30 years, with Chris cherishing Andy’s intelligence and beauty as the foundation of their enduring love. He takes pride in watching their children grow, fulfilling their dreams with his unwavering support.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing soccer, running with his husky, coaching and training his son in soccer, taking his daughter to horseback riding lessons, and enjoying date nights with Andy. He also serves as the Vice President of AHEPA, where he remains connected to his Greek heritage and community.
As a cancer survivor, Chris knows the value of resilience and cherishes the support of his family through life’s challenges. This experience reinforced his belief in taking calculated risks, the importance of health, and the joy found in everyday moments. His guiding principle: “Treat others as you want to be treated.”
Looking ahead, Chris aspires to build his dream property, travel more with his family, and continue growing professionally and personally. He hopes to inspire his children to surpass his achievements, knowing they have his full support to chase their dreams.
