I cannot recommend Richard Stokes at Windermere Liberty Lake more! If you want someone that is knowledgeable, personable, available, and has unbelievable energy than Richard is the guy for you! He cares about your needs and doesn't try to push anything on you that you don't need. Look no further than Richard for all of your real estate needs.

Richard Stokes was our wonderful agent. His thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and responsiveness was top drawer. He answered all our questions even if they took some digging for answers. His strategy for listing our house assisted in getting top dollar and exceeded our expectations! We called Richard our agent with people as he knew someone to get anything done we needed to do in listing and after the offer. I would use him again (and did when we bought our new house) and have repeatedly referred him! He is kind and just fun to be around! Nice in a high stress situation like buying/selling! You will have made a great choice using Richard for your real estate needs!!

If you are looking for a real estate team LOOK NO FURTHER! By far one of the best decisions I've made in my entire life was to work with Richard Stokes. He is so kind, thoughtful, caring, compassionate, and has the best sense of humor! Richard is ALWAYS just a text or call away, and if he doesn't have an answer he will work diligently to get it for you. I had the pleasure of viewing several homes with him, and our time spent together was always professional, yet an oddly familiar and comfortable feeling of friendship is always in the air around Richard.
