Chris Palzis is originally from Oahu and has lived by the beach his entire life. He brings over 25 years of experience as a developer buying, refurbishing, and flipping properties. Specializing in Southbay, Chris lives with his family in Westchester and his daughter attends Center Street Elementary in El Segundo. Chris is also the author of the children's Goodness Gracious Club book series featuring Good Manners Are Fun, Good Sportsmanship Is Fun and Good Grades Are Fun.
