Christopher Riccio

With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Christopher has brokered over half a billion dollars in townhouses, luxury apartments, and small buildings sales. Christopher has consistently been ranked among the top brokers in NYC by The Real Deal, both in sales volume and dollar volume of current listings. (2019 ranked 22nd, 2018 ranked 26th) Christopher has built a business around luxury assets downtown mainly focusing on the townhouses, brownstones, and mixed-use buildings of the Village, SoHo, and Tribeca. Raised in upstate New York, Christopher made his way to Manhattan at the age of 18 where he received a Division 1 Lacrosse Scholarship to Wagner College, studied finance, and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. After working at The Bank of NY Mellon within Global Client Management and UBS in Wealth Management Chris made the switch to real estate, bringing the same competitiveness, passion, and work ethic.

Christopher currently lives in Flatiron and enjoys spending time at his country house in Saratoga Springs, NY
