Christopher and his staff at Maximum Real Estate Services made our home search/buying experience an absolute pleasure. He was always available to take our calls and made us feel like we were his only clients. His integrity and dedication to his clients is without parallel. My family was new to the area, so I just started driving around and doing walk ins at local real estate and mortgage companies. I am not a big fan of bad attitudes and laziness. It always seems like most companies are finding every reason not to help you. From the moment I met Christopher and his team, I noticed great high energy attitudes. Christopher was understanding and attentive to all of our family’s needs. He not only would talk about the current, but all the positives of the future as well. We had a lot of new info to deal with coming from out of state and Chris really went to bat for us every step of the way. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. Chris and his team are outstanding! We sold our home (short sale in 2010) and now bought a home (2014). Obviously we would not have returned to MM&RE if our first experience was not good, so that should tell you something right there! Richard was the one to show us the homes we were interested in and he was always on time and knowledgable, not to mention a super nice guy. The thing that really stands out is that they know what they're doing, which was evident when we had questions. All aspects of the transactions, for both the sale and the purchase, were handled professionally and efficiently by super nice people who listen! We highly recommend MM&RE!!

Christopher and his team are AWESOME!!!! During my first conversation with Christopher I can already tell he was honest, dependable and knowledgeable. I had numerous questions before even moving forward with the short sale and he answered each and every one of them. Just by talking with him I knew that we can entrust him with the sale of our home. During the entire short sale process he kept us up to date with both lenders via phone calls, emails and text messages. He's a busy guy but he returns calls or messages rather quickly. He has a great team behind him who are just as on top of any issues that may happen. We had two mortgages from different banks and he was able to negotiate with both. There were several issues that arised during negotiations all the way to the close of escrow and he was able to successfully close our home in about 5 months. I highly recommend him and his company. They are very trustworthy and most of all legit! He's the real deal and he will make the sell of your home happen!
