Natalie and Chris are top notch! Natalie bent over backwards to make sure we saw every house we were interested in (for 9 long months - we’re pretty picky!). She deserves an award (or gas money) for dealing with us. While being knowledgeable about the specifics of the houses, she’s also down right fun! When we finally found our dream house, they wrote up a competitive offer and it was accepted. :) Shortly after, we put our house on the market and it sold very quickly. Chris kept us informed every step of the way and explained everything to us in a way we’d understand, which we really appreciate!

This pair is awesome and lord forbid if we ever have to buy/sell again, we’ll certainly be calling them. Thanks Natalie and Chris - you made this process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Five stars? ABSOLUTELY! Chris Silker, Noah Johns and all the staff at Advantage In Team /Keller Williams were the BEST! I’ll start by saying this was my 3rd purchase of a new property (GA 2006, IN 2019, MI 2022) but my first in Michigan. The process varies significantly from state to state but the current economy and real estate market gave this whole “buying a home thing” a different flavor. Without the kindness & patience of Noah and Chris I would not have found my precious home. I will say that I was very skittish after a recent bad experience with another real estate independent agent. They endured my many questions respectfully and gave me solid guidance through the entire process.
They were in constant contact with me and always quick to respond…as if I were their only client (I wasn’t though!!). To sum this experience up… I was consistently served with integrity, a strong knowledge base, professional yet warm interactions, & unequaled thoroughness.

I first came to know Chris as my son’s high school tennis coach- state champions multiple years in a row.

Chris Silker is a phenomenal agent! He has helped me purchase two homes and sell one. He is very knowledgeable about the homes he shows you and is refreshingly honest about the homes status so that you know what you are getting yourself into. He does all the heavy lifting so you just have to show up and decide whether you want to buy it! Once we found our new home, he helped sell our other house fast and for well above the asking price. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent. If you want to buy or sell then you definitely need to work with Chris! He is the best!
