Chris is a local family man who doubles as a top-notch real estate professional, one of the best in Rutherford County. Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Chris has been helping clients buy and sell homes around the area for almost 20 years. He has been the top performing agent on the team for the past 3 years.

In 2020, Chris created The Chris Smith Group after having the most successful year of his career. When Chris is not getting deals done, you will find him soaking in as much time as he can with his family: Robin, Nate, Lilly, and Neely. They all love to do anything outdoors, camping, fishing, four-wheelin’, you name it! Football season is Chris’s favorite time of year. If he is not cheering for the Titans, you will find him rooting for Alabama, especially on New Year’s Day.
