Christy Manetta

Christy brings a unique blend of experience, education, and community service to her real estate career. Before entering real estate, Christy served as the Director of a non-profit preschool, where she developed a passion for educating and guiding families through important life decisions. She later expanded her expertise working with a home inspection company, gaining valuable insight into the structural and technical aspects of homes. Combining her dedication to education with her knowledge of homes, Christy found the perfect fit in real estate—where she now empowers clients by making every transaction an educational and rewarding experience.

Christy is deeply involved in the real estate community. She has served on numerous committees with the Bucks County Association of Realtors® and is proud to be the 2026 President of BCAR. At the state level, she contributes to the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, always advocating for professionalism and growth in the industry. Her commitment to continuing education ensures that she stays current with market trends, industry changes, and best practices so her clients are always informed and confident in their decisions.

Whether helping clients find their perfect home in Southeastern Pennsylvania or connecting them with trusted Realtors across the nation, Christy takes pride in building relationships that extend beyond the closing table. She also serves on the Board of Directors with Bucks County Housing Group, where she works to support local families and give back to her community in meaningful ways.

Outside of real estate, Christy treasures time with her family and children. She loves staying active, energetic, and involved in the Bucks County community she calls home—and she’s passionate about helping others find their place here too.
