I used Chrysti for both buying and selling a home. I can say from both experiences that Chrysti goes above and beyond. For both experiences she was always available and immediate to respond.

As a first time home owner, the process felt overwhelming and confusing but Chrysti was there every moment I needed her to be. She guided us during stressful moments and took the time to explain processes and terms we weren't familiar with.

For selling, Chrysti did a wonderful job for getting the house ready to sell, including the gorgeous photos taken of the house. When things became too stressful for us to deal with on our end, Chrysti and Cliff took the initiative to get the job done which we greatly appreciated!

Honestly working with Chrysti is such a wonderful experience that I wouldn't use any realtor but her. I'd 100% recommend Chrysti to anyone buying or selling a house!

I can't say enough good things about Chrysti and Cliff! I've known them since about January 2019 and have both bought and sold a house with them!
Chrysti has a personality like no other and the people she works with agent just clients but people she builds relationships with.
Chrysti was there for me in 2019 when I was trying to plant my roots in North Carolina. She rooted for me when my life took me other places. And finally, she recently helped us sell my little piece of Carolina Heaven, while my husband and I lived states away.
From renovation, to listing to closing, Chrysti and team took care of everything. It was the most painless transaction possible, I would haven't never dreamed that things would go to smooth!
I've referred friends to Chrysti and will never consider my chapter in North Carolina closed because I know I'll always have friends there, and Chrysti is one of those.

My wife and I reached out to Chrysti and her team without much knowledge of where to start or what to do when looking for a home. We chose her based on the recommendations of friends who used her who had been very pleased with the house they found. Chrysti was so helpful, and kind, and patient (and we asked a LOT of questions). She even gave us packets to help explain and was quick with answers via email and text. It was a wonderful experience and her team was there to support us along each step of the process. We now are in our first home and could not be happier! If you are looking in the Durham area, you have to give her and her team a chance. You won't be disappointed.

We are out-of-state first time home buyers that just closed on our perfect first home, and I cannot imagine having done this process without Chrysti. From the beginning (searching for homes), through the purchasing process (due diligence, inspections, quotes from vendors) and all up until the end (lawyers and contracts and anything else), Chrysti and her team were the most reliable, helpful, organized, skillful, and caring people. When you have Chrysti, you truly have someone in your corner that you can wholeheartedly trust. I will recommend her to everyone and anyone, in any circumstance. She is as phenomenal as they come.

There are people that are good at their jobs and then there is Chrysti. Chrysti sees things in ways that highlight her dedication and skill - she learns what you want in a home, she works with you as you refine what you’re looking for, she helps you navigate all of the uncertainty. She really sees you, and she also really sees the house. Her attention to detail is amazing, as is her knowledge and insight. Whether you are looking near or far, you can count on her ability to see all the things you should pay attention to, and you can fully trust her in the process. Chrysti truly cares that you find the home that is right for you, and that care really shows through every step of the way. She gave us such helpful details, made us video tours of every home we wanted to see, and in so many ways she greatly eased the burden of doing it all remotely. Even through the due diligence period, it felt not only that she was there for us every step of the way (not to mention organizing and coordinating everything, being there for all of our inspections and quotes), but that we didn’t ever have to worry about forgetting to do something because her (and her team) are so on top of it all!!! From beginning to end they were absolutely incredible and my gratitude is immeasurable!!!

Chrysti was wonderful from start to finish as we navigated finding a home in such an aggressive market. We are relatively new to the area and we were open to homes around the entire triangle. Chrysti knew the stats and market levels for each pocket that we looked into, which helped us feel confident about finding the perfect home for our family.

There aren't words to describe how amazing Chrysti is but I'm sure going to try. Chrysti is basically a life-coach for home buying (house coach?). Chrysti not only answered all of our questions as first-time buyers, but she was also there to guide us through all of the very stressful moments that are a part of the complicated NC home buying process. We are not sure how Chrysti does it, but she is always available even for last minute –“I have to see it homes” - (which ended up being the one we bought!) and quickly responds to all questions, even the ones that may be a bit ridiculous! She never made us feel dumb or silly for asking all the questions that came to mind. Chrysti also provided some great recommendations when it came time to inspections and getting work done on the house, and all of those people were great. It's really incredible how much she took off of our plate during this whole process. If you’re buying a home in NC, you NEED Chrysti on your team. We would and do recommend Chrysti to anyone who is looking to buy a home, especially in the current market!

Chrysti was a friend before becoming my realtor - and she delivered and more! From the initial thought process of getting ready to sell my house - to even months afterwards - she was there to answer questions and help me out! Chrysti made me feel like I was her only client sometimes - I don't know how she's able to do so much, but she did! She's honest with you, realistic, but also wants the very best for you. I can't even begin to say all the little things over time she did to help with the process, but also the things that were just above and beyond - dropping off packing supplies and snacks, helping move stuff around, helping to clean, little gifts and treats, and even invites to fun things! If you want a realtor that feels like family, you should reach out to Chrysti Peek! Chrysti has been very helpful to us, especially as first time buyers. There was so much that we were unaware of, and she helped make the process simple and explained everything in detail. She was very proactive with sending us potential listings according to our preferences and reached out to the sales offices to schedule appointments very quickly. Once we decided on a place, she was present for all in-person meetings and followed up with constant communication to ensure all parties were on the same page. She made sure we felt supported and protected and that all of our concerns were voiced to the right parties. Chrysti also recommended several helpful resources regarding private inspections and other businesses to assist with the process. She went above and beyond as a realtor and made our first home buying experience as perfect as it could be! Overall, Chrysti has been great and we certainly wouldn't have the information and felt as comfortable going through this process without her.

Buying a house during a pandemic was not an easy task, but Chrysti made it all go so smoothly! Even while we had to take a few month break when the state /real estate shut down, she was still checking in on me to make sure I was doing okay (so she is just a great human too, in addition to a great realtor). This was my first house & so I had tons of questions along the way- Chrysti was very patient with me & always extremely helpful! She’s very knowledgeable about the entire process and knows how to advocate for her clients in a professional yet friendly way. Chrysti Peek is the Realtor for you, no question about it. She will get the job done and stick with you the whole way. It took us about 7 months to find the right house for us, we were being picky, and she was there at every showing, every step of the way. She really got to know us, and could tell before we even did which house was a good fit and which was not, and really advised us to wait until we found the right one. We didn't feel pushed at all into something we didn't want. Once we finally got an offer accepted, we had to put our house on the market a few days later, and once again through all our questions and phone conversations, she was there guiding us every step of the way. We had a very difficult seller of our new home, and she was the negotiator extraordinaire, working super hard for us. We couldn't have gotten luckier to have had her .
