After growing up in New Jersey and graduating from James Madison University in Virginia with degrees in Finance and Business Management, Chuck packed his bags and headed South to the Queen City to lay roots as many have done and continue to do today.
Being new to the city did not stop him from learning the ins and outs of her occasionally confusing streets and intersections (Queens and Queens anyone?) and soon he was unconcerned with back-ups on I-77. Since moving to Charlotte he's lived in Ballantyne, South Park, Steele Creek, South End, NoDa, Villa Heights and Elizabeth which gives him a very unique perspective on the draws that different areas of the city have to offer.
Chuck's primary focus in real estate has always been taking the stress out of every transaction so his clients can only remember how easy it was to buy a house. Staying on top of market trends and education is a passion that give his clients the edge they need to close on the home they want in any kind of market.
When Chuck is not making people's home buying and selling dreams come true, he enjoys spending time at the US National White-Water Center, trying fun new food truck dishes, or relaxing at one of our many great local breweries with friends and his side-kick Pip, who he adopted from SPCA in 2015.
