Charles and Deborah couldn’t have been a better duo. I met Deborah in a open house while having another realtor and exchanged information. She was very sweet. Needless to say our realtor before Charles and Deborah was of no help so we contacted them and it was an instant click.

Me and my wife told them what we were looking for and they were quick at work finding homes for us. In two weeks they helped us find out dream home.

We are FL residents and it felt impossible with all these northerners moving down south outbidding with cash offers, but Charles never lost hope and was able to get what we wanted.

They felt more like friends then realtors. Any Florida resident should contact them when looking for their dream home!

Just finished selling my parents' house with the help of Chuck and Deborah. I was prepared for it to be a very difficult process (I'm 500 miles away), but with their help, it went amazingly smoothly. Selling a house is a mixture of nitty gritty details and big picture sometimes emotional/creative thinking, and they beautifully cover the spectrum between the two of them. I was also super impressed with the perks of listing with them - top of the line photography and media which absolutely blows away anything I've ever seen on any other listing anywhere, plus help with staging an otherwise empty house. Both items I'm sure helped buyers choose my house and got me top dollar. Very pleased to recommend them to anyone!

Charles was excellent. He was patient with me and when I needed to view houses he got them lined up.

When I finally found a home he was there every step answering my text on what do I do next.

This team he is part of, came to my house to have me sign documents because I work from home and unable to leave due to meetings.

Once everything was signed he brought the keys to my new home.

The one thing I loved working with Chuck he never pressured me to put in offer on home I wasn't completely sure about.

Both Deborah and Chuck were absolutely amazing!! They went well out of their way during every step of the home buying process. They went and toured homes on my behalf when I was unable to do so myself due to my job and they sent me detailed videos of their personal walk throughs!! This was a big move for me coming from the other side of the country and I 100% could not have accomplished this without their knowledge, expertise, care and thorough assistance. I will definitely be contacting them in the future when I am ready for my next purchase, as well as recommending their fantastic services to to all of my friends, family members and acquaintances. The Morris team are a special and rare breed for realtors. They go above and beyond to accommodate in every situation for their clients. Before we purchased our home they stayed in touch with us for years checking on us periodically. That says it all about their character. They are hardworking and knowledgeable in their field.
