Cindy Caskey is the GREATEST! I was planning a move from NC to Virginia Beach. I gave her a list of requirements and desires in a condo. A week or so later she notified me that a near-the-beach condo had just come on the market, and it hit ALL of my requested features—including garage parking and elevator access. I drove to VA the next day, saw the condo and immediately put in an offer.

The condo is in a really great area and was very clean and light. I am sure there were multiple bids for the property, but mine got accepted. I know for a fact that Cindy’s extra efforts on my behalf made all the difference with the seller. THANK YOU, Cindy!

Then, when it came to moving, Cindy helped with a lot of things you would not necessarily expect from a realtor. She is much more than a realtor—she is her client’s advocate! Ten stars out of 5!
