Cindy Nelson

Cindy moved to Breckenridge in 1980 with her husband Larry and son Jay to pursue a career in Real Estate and Property Management. Cindy has worked in both industries successfully and has a strong knowledge of the real estate market and current trends. Cindy and her husband have personally acquired several investment properties over the years and work diligently with their clients to find the best investment that fits their personal goals and dreams.

Cindy is passionate about her community and is an Honorary Member of the Red, White and Blue Fire Department. She was past President and long standing board member of the Back Stage Theatre, which is celebrating its 41st year. Cindy is always supportive and ready to jump in and help with the fundraising for many other local non-profit organizations.

Real Estate has been Cindy’s main focus for the past 21 years, and she works with Buyers and Sellers throughout Summit and Park Counties. Her belief is that there is something out there for everyone whether it is a small cabin in the woods, investment property, primary residence, or a luxury ski-in, ski-out home on the mountain. Cindy has continued to expand her real estate knowledge through continuing education, yearly real estate events through-out the county and a local knowledge of new projects through town planning meetings.

The Nelson Family has been fortunate to call this Mountain Majesty home for 35 years, and during this time have raised their two children, son Jay, now 38, and daughter Sara, 32, who both reside in Breckenridge with their families.
